CSI Corporate Security and Investigations, LLC (CSI) operates This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of:


Personal Identifiable Information (PII) we receive from users of the Site.

CSI does not collect PII other than what the user provides voluntarily.  The PII is only used for responding to our online request for information called “Lets Talk”.  The Personal Identifiable Information collected includes name, email, phone number and Company calling on behalf of.  Any of these sections of information can be omitted by the user.

By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.


Log Data

Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site ("Log Data"). This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages of CSI’s Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics. CSI does not use third party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor and analyze this. This information does not personally identify you and is only used by CSI to better enhance our marketing initiative and enhance CSI’s website.  This information maybe shared, loaned, or sold to a third party to assist CSI in their efforts.

Information Collection and Usage

CSI may use the PII that you have provided, to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that you had inquired about. CSI will not share this information with any third-party organization outside of service providers performing services for you and CSI unless authorized by you in writing.  In certain circumstances CSI may share date in order to comply with a legal obligation.  Legal obligations refer to purpose required by common law, legislation and/or regulation.

In accordance with U.S. Law, users can opt out of being contacted in the future and removed from mailing lists by notifying CSI via email at


Business Transfer

In the event CSI is ever sold, CSI reserves the right to transfer our email lists and PII to the acquiring company.  If this event occurs, CSI will instruct the acquiring organization to notify all users via email of the change as soon as practicable.


Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)

CSI’s website is not intended or directed at children under the age of thirteen (13).  CSI would not knowingly collect this information and asks anyone under the age of thirteen (13) to not provide any PII on CSI’s website.


California Online Privacy Protection Act /California Consumer Privacy Act

Non-Personal Identifiable Information/Cookies

CSI has other links and websites contained within in own website that may serve as partners websites or information that may me associated with our services.  These links and websites are separate of CSI and therefore, independent of anything outlined in CSI’s privacy policy.  If you have questions regarding the other links and websites of these organizations, please reach out them directly regarding their practices and privacy policies.



The security of your PII is important to CSI,  but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While CSI strives to use commercially acceptable means to protect your PII, CSI cannot guarantee its absolute security.


Changes To This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is effective as of September 21, 2021, and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page. We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy. By using CSI’s website, you are consenting to collection of the non-personal identifiable information as described in this policy.  Any data fields filled out by the user is consenting to CSI’s terms of the collection of PII. The user can revoke this consent by contacting CSI directly.
